Smarty Paws Grooming is a one-on-one, in-home pet grooming salon in Suisun City, CA. Our grooming contract exists to protect your dog, set honest expectations, and keep our boutique pet grooming salon running smoothly for every client.

We believe transparency builds trust. By reviewing and signing the contract before your first appointment, you’ll know exactly what professional dog grooming with Megan looks like, from check-in to pickup.

The contract covers consent for dog baths, dog haircuts, poodle grooming, doodle grooming, senior dog grooming, puppy grooming, anxious dog grooming, and special needs dog grooming, along with health, vaccination, and handling policies.

The grooming contract is straightforward and written in plain language. It outlines the services your dog will receive, including dog bathing services, dog haircut services, creative dog grooming, dog hair coloring, and any pet spa services add-ons you select.

You’ll also confirm your dog’s age (16 weeks to 10 years old), current vaccination records, health history, and any behavioral notes that help Megan provide calm, individualized care. Honest disclosures help us tailor the appointment, especially for senior dogs, special needs dogs, or pups with anxiety.

The agreement also covers our handling philosophy, matted coat policy, photo consent for our grooming gallery, and pickup expectations. Once signed, your contract stays on file so future visits remain simple.

After you complete the new client intake, you’ll receive the grooming contract along with your booking confirmation. You can review it at home, ask questions, and sign electronically before your scheduled appointment.
